Founder & Chief Executive Officer
As the CEO of Agile Accelerated, Benjamin brings over 18 years of industry experience to the table. He combines strategic business acumen with deep technical expertise to drive successful outcomes for clients. With a proven track record of leading complex projects, enhancing operational efficiency, and implementing technology-driven solutions, Benjamin consistently aligns his efforts with organizational goals. His leadership and vision have positioned Agile Accelerated as a trusted partner for businesses seeking to optimize processes and achieve sustainable growth.
Benjamin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He also carries multiple industry certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).
Outside of his role at Agile Accelerated, Benjamin is a devoted family man, including being the father of four children and caring for two large dogs. He enjoys spending his weekends playing golf and working on cars—hobbies that reflect his passion for creativity, precision, and continuous improvement. These personal values are integral to his professional philosophy, as he leads Agile Accelerated with a commitment to innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Meet Jennifer
Co-Founder & CHief Technology Officer
As the Chief Technology Officer of Agile Accelerated, Jennifer Benak brings over 25 years of IT leadership experience to the organization. A seasoned expert in IT operations and application development, Jennifer excels in leading cross-functional teams, driving large-scale initiatives, and implementing innovative solutions that align technology with business goals. Her ability to mentor, coach, and inspire high-performing teams has been instrumental in Agile Accelerated’s success, enabling the company to deliver exceptional results for its clients.
Jennifer is a strategic thinker and accomplished servant leader with extensive expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Scrum. She has a proven track record in technical service delivery, governance and compliance, and strategic resource planning. Her ability to bridge technical and business perspectives positions her as a key driver in optimizing processes, ensuring quality, and fostering innovation within Agile Accelerated and its client engagements.
Jennifer’s commitment to professional development is reflected in her extensive academic and industry credentials. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University, along with two Master’s degrees from Ball State University: one in Adult and Community Education and another in Executive Development for Public Service. Her certifications include Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), and many others.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Jennifer is actively involved in the Agile community, serving as President of Agile Indy and contributing to Agile-focused events and conferences. Her dedication to fostering learning and collaboration extends to her teaching roles at Purdue University and Indiana Technical Institute, where she has mentored the next generation of IT professionals.
Meet Colin
Vice President of Sales
As Vice President of Sales at Agile Accelerated, Colin Hargreaves brings a wealth of experience in sales, business development, and leadership. With a proven track record of driving growth, he is skilled in all facets of the sales process. His ability to build lasting relationships and effectively communicate the value of Agile Accelerated’s product offerings has been instrumental to his success. Colin is passionate about expanding our reach and is dedicated to using his sales expertise to help organizations optimize their processes and achieve sustainable growth.
Before joining Agile Accelerated, Colin ran a successful youth education venture where he was responsible for a wide range of sales activities. He excelled in prospecting new clients, engaging in direct and in-person sales, and ultimately closing deals that led to significant growth for the business. His sales-driven approach, combined with strong communication skills, allowed him to consistently exceed targets and expand his venture’s reach across schools and community organizations.
Colin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with minors in Creative Writing and Theater from Western Illinois University. His innovative sales strategies, combined with his dedication to excellence, continue to drive his work at Agile Accelerated, where he plays a crucial role in shaping the company’s sales strategy and expanding its client base.
Outside of his professional life, Colin is a dedicated father and volunteer, spending time coaching and mentoring youth in his community. His passion for education and growth extends beyond the office and into the lives of those around him.
